Healthcare products can represent significant investments in manufacturing, components, assembly, testing, packaging, logistics, and regulatory preparation before sterilization begins. For manufacturers managing high-value products or critical production batches, the potential financial impact of product loss can therefore be significant.
BatchProtect™ gives eligible customers the option to add contractual protection against certain direct physical loss or destruction occurring during eligible operations within Medistri facilities, subject to confirmation by Medistri and the applicable contractual conditions.
The service is based on the declared replacement value of the products and can be adapted to the specific characteristics of the customer, product, batch value, processing requirements, and requested level of protection.
BatchProtect™ is an optional contractual service and does not constitute an insurance product.
